Tap. Brown color with tan head. Aroma is chocolate, earthy, nutty. Taste is chocolate, nutty, earthy, a bit roasted. Silky mouthfeel, medium carbonation, with a peanuts aftertaste. Nice Porter, it?s a little bit too light-bodied.

Bottle into a snifter showing caramel brown with half a finger of latte colored foam. The nose shows notes of caramel, bready malts, with a light toasted note. The palate is very light bodied and highly carbonated; perfect airy porter mouth feel. Sweet malt forwardness - moderately sweet. A bit too sweet and one dimensional but not bad.

Cask at GBBF 2016, Olympia, London. A dark brown/black coloured pour with a medium beige head on top. Roasty, malty, chocolate aroma. Tastes quite similar, slightly sweet, roasty, malty, chocolate. Decent stout from Deschutes.

Bottle, Kroger (across from Whole Foods). Pours black with a large tan head. Aroma is roasted chocolate malts, minor metal. Tasty roasted coffee, not overly strong, but solid. Very smooth in the mouth.

650ml bottle. Pours a dark amber with a slightly tan head. Aroma is roasted malt, cocoa, coffee. Taste is roasted malt, cocoa, dark fruites. Roasted malt aftertaste. Well done and very good balanced beer.

Porter Blind Tasting #4. Similar to a few others I get a bit of a fruity-tutti, banana character, which is amiss of porter but seems to be common as I go through this blind tasting. A mild roast character, a mild hop character. Tasted a lot like #1 but slightly better. A very safe porter.
