I’m a big fan of hops, but not insane hops, and this is right up my alley.
Beautiful aroma of citrus, and hops.
nice bitterness, but not too much bitterness, just enough to keep you comming back for more. I often have this at the Beer Bistro during my lunch! awesome stuff! Hey Durham, BOTTLE THIS!!!

Tap at C’est What, Toronto, 10th July 17. Pours a slightly hazy light copper. Aroma is light caramel. Taste is malty , like an English bitter, guess this is a English style IPA. Pretty tasty

Draught at C’est What, Toronto
Amber color, with small creamy head. Nice aroma of hops, some hop resins, light yeast. Caramel flavor, semi-dry, with hop resins, strong bitterness, and a bit of dusty and earthy character, unclean. Long final.

Victory Cafe, Toronto tap: Pours a copper colour with a white head. Aroma is citrus, pine, with a solid malt backbone. Taste is on the way light side of the IPA world. For a beer called Hop Addict, there really is not that much in the way of bitterness or hoppiness. Somewhat sweet and mellow. This is not a bad session, but it is hardly an exemplary IPA.

a sexy ipa. i mean all ipas that are well made are sexy, but in the bigger picture not every golden blond colored beer can look like molson and still taste great. like a badly dressed model, really...

Saturday sampling at beerbistro in Toronto. Pours a nice amber with grapefruit honey and a nice medium body and hoppy finish. The name is a bit misleading compared to some of the american IPA’s i normally drink.

Draught at C’est What?, Toronto, Canada on 10th June 2008. Exquisitely hoppy, pleasant mouthfeel and bitter aftertaste. In the style of an American Pale Ale, again compares well with Dark Star APA.
