Dubbed "Catfish Head" since it borrows the continuous 60-minute hopping regimen of Dogfish Head. Great hop aroma, flavor, and bitterness, and very well-done malt character as well. Impressive

Cloudy amber brew was a quaffable, session IIPA with cotton candy, apples and cinammon all enticing the quaffer. Well balanced with a moderately bitter finish this truely is a wonderful IPA or IIPA. Unfortunately I was told it was too much of a pain in the ass to make so they won’t make it again. Boo Hoo.
