At 3.5% this beer is a pocket rocket, boasting huge mandarin and piney aromas from Citra and Ekuanot hops. Added oats and wheat enhance mouthfeel and lend a subtle haze to this modern session IPA. It’s everything you love about IPAs but in a small package.

Schooner on tap at Hotel Jesus, Collingwood. Cloudy amber beer with a foamy white head. Fresh nose, little touch of citrus. Beautiful earthy drinkable ale. Goes real well with Mexican food.

A pleasant mango-driven tropical aroma is the highlight. The palate is really thin. Not as good as the Wayward Hazy Mid I reviewed right before this.

On tap at the Brewpub. Hazy golden/yellow with a white head. Mild and easy to drink with citrus, light malt, hay and some notes of mango. The body was light.

Tap at the Abbotsford Brewpub. Poured a hazy milky golden colour with a bubbly round white head. The aroma is grainy malt, zesty, fruity, tropical citrus. The flavour is light bitter, with a light, slightly watery,dry, earthy, mineral, fruity, light pepper spice, light hop bitter palate. Light to medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

Pours amber with a large head.Nose shows lcyhee, pear, apple, melon, biscuity malt, cookie dough notes.Flavours include more biscuity malt, nectarine, pear and peach. Finishes with an assertive bitterness.
