Cask at Standing Order, Derby. Pours a slightly hazy golden yellow with a small off-white head and good lacing. Aroma is mainly floral hops. In the mouth it is sweet and juicy at the start, but bitter undertones gradually develop. Floral hops and citrus to the fore in the flavour, plus traces of caramel, corn and pine. Finish is quite bitter and slightly sticky. This is decent.

5/4/2022. Cask at the Star Inn, Bath. Pours clear golden amber with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of hops, malt, caramel, fruit. Moderate sweetness and medium bitterness. Medium body, soft carbonation. Quite okay.

Sample on cask at the gate House jdw.
Medium creamy white head. Very hazy golden pour. Lacks bitterness. Something odd about this beer

Half-pint, cask ale shared with Finn at Malt Shovel in Northampton. Frothy off-white head to a hazy apricot coloured body. Doughy fruit on the nose. Doughy orange flavours. Bone dry ending. Not in its best condition on the pub, about drinkable though. (12.02.2019).

Malts in its aroma, slightly spiced in texture, but also a fairly ordinary ale.
