Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 5 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 5.5
Tried at the JDW Ritz, Lincoln. Golden colour with a thin white head. Aroma malty caramel and light citrus. Taste sweet to light bitter. Ok body but not a standout.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 5 | Texture - 4 | Overall - 4.5
Cask at the Monks Retreat (JDW), Reading. Amber with a tight cream head; grainy aroma; smooth with a grainy flavour and a touch of bread dough; the finish is lacking, it’s try with a hint of cardboard. Drinkable, but not worth a second glance.
