750ml bottle from Harlow Carr RHS Garden shop. Pours a clear water-like very pale yellow colour with no head. Nose is sweet honey, summer fruity, fragrant. Flavour of mellow fruits, then honey, sweet, and some woody, tangy, earthy alcohol notes. Oily mouthfeel, low to medium carbonation, dry finish with a lingering earthy note. Quite drinkable.
