500ml bottle from Lightwater Valley, Yorkshire. Clear pale yellow colour, no head and aroma of fruity apple, straw, hint of sulphur. Taste is sourish dry apple, apple skins, some tannin. Slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, drying finish.
