750ml bottle, chilled. Sparkling yellow golden colour with a bubbly white foam head. Nose of mellow fruity apple, caramel, vanilla. Flavour is crisp apple, fruity, melon, with a nice balance of white wine-like tartness, caramel, oak, funk and tannic notes. Spritzy mouthfeel, light to medium bodied, fine carbonation, dry tart finish. Very drinkable sparkling cider.
