Bottle. Pouring it gently left most of the sediments in the bottle, but some floaties and micro-floaties found it’s way into the glass, giving it a un-appetizing look, even though the big, off-white head looked nice. The color of the beer is pale golden, and it was clear, except for the mentioned floaties. The nose was sweet and citrusy, with cloves and other spices, as well as an unknown scent I expect is quinua. Sweet and fruity flavor, with a strange note of something that might be quinoa, but it differs from the aroma. It also has citrus and some bitterness. The aroma is a tad better than the flavor I think. Medium body. It finishes fruity, with an underlying herbal note. Compared to the coconut and banana beers, this one is really good, but it’s too strange to be an all-nighter. (071027)

Bottled. Hazy golden colour, mediumsized creamy head.. Aroma is quite weirdly sweetish sour stuff, with some grassy hints. Finish and aftertaste has a big wooden peak. Very different from the most I’ve head.

Bottled (BB 10/2009)
Hazy pale yellow color, small white head. Strange grainy aroma: sour milk and spelt. Organic feeling here: grainy, woody flavor like in some spelt beers. Interesting and actually not too bad: background here is sweetish and citrusy fruity.
