500ml bottle from Bier Huis online. Sparkling golden yellow colour with a short lived fizzy white foam head. Mellow fruity apple in the aroma. Taste is apple, apple skins, acidic tart and dry, with notes of pear. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry tart finish. Quite drinkable.
