500ml bottle from CyderStore online. 2013 Vintage. Carefully poured to not disturb the layer of sediment at the bottom of the bottle! Orange golden colour, no head and aroma of tangy fruity apple, apple skins, light earthy, funk. Taste is mellow apple, fruity, juicy on the sweetish side, with some tartness, notes of vanilla, barnyard, earthy and light tannins. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, fairly well balanced overall with a dry lightly tannic finish. Very drinkable.
