375ml bottle from the Apple Shack, Darkes Forest. Pours a golden colour with afew bubbles and no head. Nose of floral honey, grass, alcohol. Flavour is sweet, blossom, honey, toffee, caramel, hay, earthy, with hints of biscuit and spice. Syrupy mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, warm spicy finish. Quite sippable.
