Cask at The Saddle Room, Leyburn. Amber colour, white foam head and malty yeasty aroma. Taste is malt, light, fruity, floral citrus with biscuit notes and earthy bitterness. Light bodied, soft carbonation, dry tangy bitter finish. Quite OK.
