Bottle at the Armand - Shaun Hill dinner. Clear golden color, still. Nice aroma of tannins and vinous sherry. Taste is also vinous, moderate funk, light tannins and sherry present throughout. Would love to see this one with a bit more time.

@ 3 Fonteinen. Fantastic deep beginning. Smooth Lambik with great woody Sherry aroma. Deep and refreshing. Wood, round and deep. Lots of mild sourness, refreshing with a deep intense woody sourness. Round and mild, great!

Glass at 3F during Toer de Geuze. Clear orange with a bubbly off white head. Aroma of sherry, oxidization, oak, citrus, dry cellar funk and cobwebs. Flavour is above light sweet and light moderate sour. Light medium bodied with very soft carbonation. Like a less intense Zenne.

Draft - Nice soft caramel and barrel notes with a touch of funk. Clear gold with almost no head. Soft and sweet barell, caramel and some baking spices. Slight petroleum. It and a long caramel oaky finish. Brilliant.
