Taste: Easy-drinking session beer. Spicy hop aroma with hint of citrus. Smooth, dry, nutty malt character followed by a hint of marmalade, subtle smoky sweetness and a refreshingly zesty bitter finish.

From cask at Quakerhouse, Darlington, Durham with OGJ 05.01.18. Dark golden amber. White head and lacing. Aroma of yellow apples and yeast. Taste of malt and yellow apples. Exceptionally low bitterness. Not in good nick.

500ml bottle from Brooke's Richmond. Orangey amber colour, white foam head and bready malty aroma. Taste is malty, grainy, fruity with zesty orange hop and earthy nutty bitterness. Light bodied, soft carbonation, dry light bitter finish. Quite OK.
