500ml bottle. Sparkling golden colour with a foamy white head that dissipates away and aroma of tangy apple, apple skin, woody oak, funk. Taste is bittersweet apple, vinegar hint, fruity, woody and oaky, with some tartness, funk and earthy tannins. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, medium dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
