Ringmaster our flag ship pale ale, is the beer you’ll want to drink every day. Pale in colour but unlike other pale ales lacking nothing in the flavour stakes. We use plenty of US hops to give the beer a floral/grassy aroma and lip smacking citrus flavours which combine with a defined malty character to make a magically moreish and quenching beer. Draft at Murphy’s Law, Den Haag. Slight hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of citrus, grassy hops, lemon and light tropical notes. Flavour is light sweet and moderate to heavy bitter. Light bodied with soft carbonation.

Cask at the Bell, Waltham St Lawrence. Pale amber with a loose white head; lemony herbal aroma; bitter herbal taste with some citrus; and a dry citrusy finish. A reasonable APA-style pale ale, but the herbal notes don’t appeal to me.

Cask at the Marine Hotel, Stonehaven. Pours yellow golden with small white head. Hoppy and fruity, bit of toffee, medium bitterness. as expected very drinkable.

Draught. Almost clear pale golden liquid with medium white head. Aroma of citrus, fresh hops, grapefruit, grass, earth and grain. Taste is dry and light to medium bitter with notes of grain, bread, grass and earth. Light to medium bodied with medium carbonation. Pretty English in style, but nice.

Draft @ Peas & Honey, Malmö. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty citrus hoppy aroma. Fruity malty citrus hoppy bitter flavor. Has a fruity malty citrus hoppy finish.
