4/6/2018. Cask at the Quakerhouse, Darlington. Pours pale brown with a small off-white to beige head. Aroma of biscuit, malt, caramel, brown bread, hops, fruit and hint of nut. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness. Medium body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation. Biscuity malty fruity finish. Nice, traditional bitter.

Cask at Quakerhouse, Darlington. Hazy orange amber colour, white foam head and malty hoppy aroma. Taste is malt, earthy, tangy with orangey hop bitterness. Smooth mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry dusty bitter finish. Quite drinkable.
