4/6/2018. Cask at the Quakerhouse, Darlington. Pours dark brown with a ruby tint and a small lasting bubbly/foamy towards beige head. Aroma of chocolate, malt, caramel, dark fruit and a hint of nut and coffee. Moderate sweetness and bitterness. Moderate body, slight watery texture, very soft carbonation.

Cask at Quakerhouse, Darlington. Clear dark brown colour, creamy tan foam head and chocolatey malt aroma. Taste is roasted malty, coffee, sweetish, milk chocolate, nutty, mild bitter. Smooth mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft carbonation, roasted nutty finish. Quite OK mild.
