Cask at Quakerhouse, Darlington. Amber colour, white foam head and aroma of malt, yeasty. Taste is malty, bready, alittle biscuit, toffee, and fruity bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry tangy bitter finish. Quite OK.
