330ml bottle from Oak Barrel, Sydney. Batch No. 14001. Pours a hazy pale yellow-gold colour, short-lived thin white foam head and aroma of spice, honey, yeast. Taste is sweetish, floral honey, some spice, warming, with slightly tart quince notes. Smooth mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, dry warm finish. Interesting, quite sippable.
