A medium-dry cider: light in colour, it has a full aroma of freshly-pressed apples. Slow-fermented and long-matured, the low acidity means that it glides across the palette. Smooth and fruity to taste, the flavour develops to reveal more complex flavours and just a hint of tartness on the finish.

On tap at Hope & Union, Stockton. Pale golden colour, no head and sweet apple aroma. Taste is apple, sweetish, sugary, with light tannin. Light bodied, low to medium carbonation, appley finish. OK.
