Duchessa, our spelt beer, is a typical product from our territory. Inspired by traditional Belgian Saisons, it persuadues you with its pleasentness and fresh elegance. The creamy and abundant head releases fruity (banana, pineapple, tropical fruit) and floral aromas which are animated by a slight pepperiness. Its fine carbonation, slight acidity and moderate hop profile make for a fresh beer that is never overpowering and is pleasant from start to finish.

Fles gedeeld met Roelzie. Het is een licht troebel goudgeel bier met een volle witte schuimkraag. Het heeft een fruitige en moutige geur en smaak.

Smell- weak malt, yeast, maybe faint Belgian notes. Foam- thin, bit acidic, some citrus in mix, faint yeast. Head is small, most tiny, white color. Appearance-brewer bottle cap, color changes depending on the beer, this one seems unique. Either way, the logo is great, bottle is unique to the brewer, the label is average though this time very close to style bonus, but no. Clear yellow color. From- snifter Taste - faint citrus, malt, yeast. Very neutral, low bitterness, faint acidic notes. Caramel in the mix with some sweetness. easy drinking and not bad.

Bottle at a tasting in Beermalade. Quite classic, yeast defined. Moderate body, rather high carbonation. Saisony spice, some general fruits, light apples. Easy drinking, good one.

Tap at Gar Eden. Light golden colour, small white head. Aroma is earthy, slight citrus hoppiness, slightly Belgian triple bizarrely, fruity too. Smells stronger than it is. Tastes stronger too. Is this really 5.8%? Belgian feel again, fruit and booze. Not much carbonation. Get the herbal thing but surely this isn't a saison. Too full on. Tomato juice in the background. It's ok, but something not quite right for me.
