Duchessa, our spelt beer, is a typical product from our territory. Inspired by traditional Belgian Saisons, it persuadues you with its pleasentness and fresh elegance. The creamy and abundant head releases fruity (banana, pineapple, tropical fruit) and floral aromas which are animated by a slight pepperiness. Its fine carbonation, slight acidity and moderate hop profile make for a fresh beer that is never overpowering and is pleasant from start to finish.

Slightly hazy amber color, small white head. Peachy, a bit yeasty aroma. Medium-bodied. Fruity-sweetish, apricot, honey and vanilla. Tasty, almost dessert beer despite of style and ABV.

Hazy gold beer, good white head. Light malt and fruit on the nose. Light semi dry palate, semi soft. A little lagerish malt and light saison sweet fruits with a trace of banana. Palate turns softer with a carbonated bite in the finish and some minerals. Not bad. A decent Italian Saison.

Golden colour. Aroma is a bit herbal and grassy. Quite a thick feel. Flavour has some spice and liquorice root.

Rund och len, mycket fruktig, inte mycket beska eller kolsyra. En trevlig saison från Italien.

75 cl bottle @ Ølfestival København 2012
Aroma is rather stale with some orange and yeast. Almost no CO2 at all. Flavour is yeasty with some citron and orange notes. Like drinking a bun dough with homemade mead.
