5/2/2019. From bag in box at the Nags Head, Reading. Pours slightly hazy pale gold with minimal head. Aroma of apples, pears, citrus and a hint of elastic? Moderate sweetness, light sourness. Moderate body, watery texture, and a sherbet fizz to the carbonation. Dry, sour finish develops and the sherbet continues. Bit of a puzzler this one.
