Hoppy Pale Ale. Maris Otter and Wheat malt give this straw-coloured ale body and a hint of residual malt sweetness, that meets its match in a vengeful punch of hop bitterness. Multiple additions of British First Gold administer barbs of citrus, and floral and grassy hits. With a generous dry hopping for a final twist of the knife.
