BIAB at Station House, Durham. Amber colour, afew bubbles on top and aroma of mellow musty apple, woody oaky. Taste is fruity apple, sweetish, cooked apple, dried fruits, orchardy, leathery funk, woody oak barrel, vanilla, with some drying tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tangy tannic finish. Nicely drinkable
