For our Brut IPA we’ve put a healthy dose of Citra and Ekuanot hops in the whirlpool which are supported by a dry hop of El Dorado and Ekuanot. Both additions give initial juicy flavours and tropical fruit aromas. However the flavour doesn't hang about long though. This is brewed to give a dry finish by converting all the extract into alcohol.
This beer is dry, flavoursome and will leave you wanting more.

440ml can from Hop Knocker, Durham. Hazy golden colour, white foam head leaving lacing and zesty grapey, citrus hop aroma. Taste is malt, biscuity, grassy, sweetish with some tangy grapey & zesty citric notes, and astringent spicy bitterness. Medium bodied, soft to medium carbonation, dry tangy bitter finish. Quite OK
