The cider itself is made from many varieties of apple, COX, IDA RED, KATY and BRAMLEY. A sprightly cider, with a splendid light straw colour, it has a pleasant and aromatic nose. This crisp cider is almost wine like, but on tasting it soon becomes very clear this is very much made of apples

500ml bottle from Morrisons, Newark. Present from Matty & Daniel. Pale yellow colour, no head and sharp solvent, apple in the aroma. Taste is tart, melon fruity, some apple and white wine note, with vinegary-like funk. Slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tart funky finish. OK.
