BIAB from Caps Off, Bishop Auckland. Yellow gold colour, no lasting head and woody tangy apple aroma. Taste is mellow apple, some leathery funky notes, alittle apple skin & apple core, bittersweet with woody oak and drying tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tannic finish. Quite drinkable.
