500ml bottle from Cideronline. Slightly hazy pale yellow gold colour, white foamy head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of woody barnyard funk. Taste is tangy apple, bittersweet, leathery, woody, earthy, mucky barnyard funky, with cheese rind, citric notes and drying tannins. Light to medium bodied, slightly spritzy carbonation, dry tart tannic finish. Very drinkable.
