500ml bottle from Cideronline. Golden amber colour, short-lived white foam head and mellow apple aroma. Taste is fruity apple, citric tart, bittersweet, with drying tannins. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, dry acidic tannic finish. Quite drinkable.
