2016 Vintage. Clear gold with active fizzing. Sweet apple, very dry Breton cidre + basic mead. Very tasty dry cider with lots of tannins, light beeswaxy honey. Moderate sweet, strong tannin dry and wry bitterness. Medium body, demi-sec, nice carb.

Honey apple with no head. Very pleasant, the honey homes down the apple for a sweet almost medicinal flavour.

500ml bottle from Sterk, Amsterdam. Deep amber orange colour, thin white foam head and aroma of mucky barnyard funk & honey. Taste is sweet, tangy apple, orchardy, woody, funky with honey, spice and drying tannins. Medium bodied, soft to medium carbonation, dry spicy tart and tannic finish. Quite drinkable.
