750ml wire corked bottle from Porters Liquor, Bexley. No 1010/2400. Rating #4000. Opened with a loud pop. Sparkling yellow gold colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and fruity apple aroma. Taste is tart, tangy apple, green apple, citric, white wine notes with some drying woody tannin. Light bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry tangy acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.
