De Tripel van Westmalle is een helder, goudgeel trappistenbier van 9,5°. Het langzame brouwproces en de nagisting op fles leveren een complex bier op, met een fruitige geur van rijpe banaan en een mooie, genuanceerde hopneus. De zachte en romige smaak, met een bittere toets gedragen door het fruitaroma, heeft veel finesse en elegantie. Geniet ook na van de heerlijk lange en droge afdronk.

Flaska från SB. Passerat bäst före-datum, så några år på nacken. Klar guldfärgad med stor vit krona som lägger sig. Typiska tripel-toner med fin ljus maltig grund, bröd, kryddiga toner, belgojäst, lätt bananton, äpplen, päron, en gnutta av gröna druvor. Fin alkoholvärme och beska som dröjer sig kvar i munnen. Stabil och klassisk tripel av hög klass.

Barwa złota, zamglone, piana biała, dość grube pęcherze, średniej obfitości, umiarkowanie trwała. W aromacie ziołowe, kwiatowo-estrowe. W smaku półwytrawne, winogrona, brzoskwinia, zioła, kwiaty, zaznaczony alkohol. Nieco brakuje przyprawowości, nieco utlenione. Wysycenie nieco za niskie, pijalność w normie, goryczka średnia. Trochę wadliwe, ale ujdzie.

bottiglia 33 cl, bel cappello di schiuma bianca fine persistente, color giallo torbido, al naso malto lieviti belgi spezie frutta gialla, in bocca è intensa fruttata spezie frutta a pasta gialla, carbonatazione moderata, è calda, corpo strutturato, leggero astringente, alcool ben bilanciato, attacco dolce con amaro deciso lungo nel finale. Una birra che non ti stanca. Ottima 10.03.18

Bottle. Cloudy orange/yellow with a huge foamy white head which collapses rather quickly. Phenolic and fruity aroma of yeast, spices, grapefruits and oranges. Taste is apples, oranges, yeast and sugar. Spicy and bitter dry finish. Alcoholic warmth. Medium to strong carbonation. Very balanced. It took me some years to appreciate the Tripel style but I'm glad I kept trying. Delicious.

Hazy golden with little white head. Aroma is peach tropic fruit wheat grapes lime juice grassy hops. Taste is bittersweet balanced slightly oily smooth wheat juice. Not too heavy. Quite drinkable. Some spices in the finish. Good.
