Endlich mal den Klassiker probiert, der es sich allen Ernstes erlauben kann, sein Etikett nur auf Holländisch und Französisch aufzudrucken. In der Nase schon ein unfassbar blumiges Bouquet. Setzt sich sehr trinkbar im Trunk fort, der Alkohol kaum wahrnehmbar. Trauben, Cognac, Malz, sehr lecker.

0,33 bottle. Light, transparent, real golden yellow color with a huge white foam in a cup. Relatively restrained aroma, hops, resinous, slightly citrus, alcohol completely hidden. Very roughly complex taste, full-bodied, but very delicious, and a well-drinkable triple. It is worth drinking one sip at a time. Every sip comes out with some flavor. Sweet-champagne-grapes, or hop bitter, or sweet, honey, dried fruit, or orange peel. This is not a joke, really. Its carbonation is also very good. Now I’ve slowly tasted the basic Trappist triple-Belgian beers, but for me, it’s the best so far!

Világos, átlátszó, valódi aranysárga szín, kehelyben hatalmas fehér habbal. Viszonylag visszafogott illat, komlós, gyantás, picit citrusos, alkohol teljesen elbújtatva. Nagyon durván komplex, testes, de nagyon finom, és jól iható triple. Érdemes egy-egy kortyonként inni. Minden kortynál kijön valamilyen íz. Édes-pezsgő-szőlő, vagy komlós keserű, vagy édes, mézes, aszalt gyümölcsös, vagy narancshéj. Ez nem vicc, tényleg. Nagyon jó a szénsavassága is. Most már lassan kóstoltam az alap trappista triple-belga söröket, de számomra eddig ez a legjobb!

Colour hazy yellow golden, good frothy white head, good retention. Aroma grain, yeast, light citrus, buttery and spicy notes. Flavour medium sweet and light bitter, malty, yeast, pear, a bit of glue, bit sharpish dry sweetbitter finish, papery notes, peppery on the tongue. Excellent.
