50cl bottle from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours hazy dark blonde, maybe more like hazy amber, with no foam. Aroma is apple, a little wild. Body is average, like carbonation. Taste is elegantly sour, maybe even a little sapidity. Final is

500ml bottle from Baggot Street Wines. Hazy orange gold colour, white foam head that dissipiates away and aroma of apple, solventy note. Taste is mellow apple, fruity, ripe apple, bittersweet with light funk and tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry light tannic finish. Quite drinkable.

Bottle at the old dears, from Callans, 09/07/17. Light haze on an orange pour with an off white head that quickly collaspes. Nose is bitter sweer apple, straw, light smoke, autumn woods. Taste comprises apple pulp, tannins, lightly smoked gammon, light funk layer. Medium bodied, fine to prickly carboantion, drying close. Decent enough cider.

Bottle from Ciderwinkel, medium sample. Hazy golden color, short frothy head. Aroma of oak wood, bit sour apple, slight funky. Soft sweet and sourish apple, bit dry oak wood. Nice and complex, quite full bodied. Good one.

Orange, soft haze, light bubbles that eventually dissipate
Nose of rich cider apple, tart, apple skin, a bit spicy, reminds me of those cider ice lollies
Taste of cider apples, quite a rich flavour, tart, apple skin, bit woody, tannic, some sweet apple
Palate - soft carb, medium body, tart, quite acidic, some sweet apple, dry apple skin. Finish is dry.
Overall - Rich flavoured cider
