It’s clean, crisp and refreshing, with a touch of freshly baked bread and honey aromas, followed by gentle floral and citrus notes due to the addition of Noble hops. Light and lively in the mouth, with a hint of hoppiness that will make your mouth water.

Hops: Spalter, Centennial

Clear medium golden colour, small frothy off-white head, mostly diminishing, fair lacing. Aroma, sweet malt, corn, bread. Taste medium sweet and bitter, malty, bread, paper, metallic. Sweetbitter aftertaste; medium body, watery texture, average carbonation, weak lager.

500ml bottle from Baggot Street Wines. Bright golden colour, white foamy head leaving lacing and grain, caramel in the aroma. Taste is sweet grassy, malt, caramel and grainy, with a berry hop note and some metallic bitterness. Light bodied, medium carbonation, dry tangy bitter finish. OK.
