750ml bottle at Cider Salon, 2018. Golden colour, no lasting head and aroma of muck, apple. Taste is bittersweet, apple, with some acidity, and fruity, funky notes plus light tannin. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, dry finish. Quite OK.
