On tap at The Stable, pours a clear golden, no head. Aroma brings out crisp red apple skins, with champagne effervescence, and oak. Flavour is somewhat metallic, with bone dry red apples, apple skins, and seltzery notes. Metallic as hell, with little depth. Not very good.

BIAB at Newcastle Beer & Cider Fest 2018. Amber colour, no head and light fruity aroma. Taste is tart apple, light vinegar, abit solventy. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tangy finish. Quite OK.
