Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6.5
Cask at Half Moon, Darlington. Reddish amber colour, white foam head and yeasty aroma. Taste is slighly roasty, malt, bready, chocolate with dark fruity notes and some bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying roast bitter finish. Quite drinkable.
