Úlfrún is a tip o’ the hat to the American new-wave IPA.
Over a multi-grain fermentation of barley, wheat, rye and oats, the Mosaic, Citra and Centennial hops deliver the distinct fruitiness and trigger the tropical delight of pineapple and mango.
Ingredients: Pure Icelandic water, malted barley, malted rye, malted wheat, hops, oats and yeast.

Aroma has tropical fruits, some grapefruit and minerals. Flavour has tropical fruits, some passionfruit, minerals and mild grapefruity tones. High drinkability. Otherwise quite solid and fruity session IPA but the hop kick is rather mild here.

Tasted from the tap on the 10/05/2017. Clear golden colour with a medium white head. Aroma of passion fruit, peach and hops. Taste is medium fruity with a light bitter hoppy finish. Next one please!
