Bottle, courtesy of DerA. Pours cloudy pale yellow, with more residues towards the bottom of the bottle. Aroma is pigs, funk, candy, peat, spices. Body is light, tart and softly sour, softly carbonated. Little salt and coriander, but a gose indeed. Good!

A peaty sour beer. Not as bad as you would think. Quite good, actually!

Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, tart, lemon, lime, tart lemon - lime, tart apple - apple cider, peat, smoke. Flavor is moderate sweet and acidic with a long duration, apple cider - tart cider, peat, smoked, tart, dry, citric, salty. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20160904] ( This beer was realy hard to rate ... it reminds me of our long gone dog a Sankt Bernhard called "Buster" .. he had a love hate relation to lemon fruit.. if we gave him half a fresh lemon fruit, he will put in his mouth try to eat it and then figur out it was tart and acidic, quickly spitting out the fruit .. look at it for a few seconds ... and then try again ... the same thing happens again .. tart - spitting out - waiting - try again ... etc. Thats the way i feel about this beer something i like and hate at the same time ... so i can give it 4-2-6-3-9 when i hate it and then 10 seconds later it think nice 7-2-8-3-12 and this goes on and on like with "Buster" ) (4-7)-2-(6-8)-3-(9-12)
