500ml bottle. Bright yellow colour, fizzy white foam head that rapidly dissipates away and aroma of spice, herbs & apple. Taste is sweetish & slightly tart, apple, alittle apple skin, mellow woody, some cinnamon, spice and herby, with tea notes. Medium bodied, medium slight spritzy cabonation, dry finish with some lingering tea. Quite OK.

Bottle at SISGA 2015. Really delicious. Ginger, apples, cinnamon and clov mix very very nicely in this one, providing a sweet and spicy, yet moreish and refreshing drink.

Bottle @ CiderCider, tick. Clear golden color, short head. Aroma is spicy of quite some cinnamon and some other spices, slight apple. Apple cinnamon cake, bit sweet, bit dry, peppery. A bit too spiced up for me, maybe for the winter months.
