Bottle shared the is to sjogro. Hazy pale straw with some big bubbles. Dry herbal apple, chalky, dry dusty cellar, tart apple, light funk, dry wood, kiwifruit, green apple. Light tart and bitter, no sweetness. Over light bodied with soft carbonation, quite dry and watery. Ok dry and tart cider, almost Dutch style.

21/9/2019. Sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours very pale gold with a small white head. Aroma of semi-sweet apples, light wood, caramel, tannins and sulphur. Medium sweetness with light tartness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation.

330ml bottle from Malton Cider stall at Malton Harvest Food Festival 2019. English Cidery #300. Pale golden colour, no head and aroma of fruity apple, horseblanket funk. Taste is slightly tart, apple, fleshy, with some solventy funk and dry citric notes. Slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, drying finish. Quite drinkable.
