Bottle. Beer Ritz, Leeds. Deep copper colour. Soft haze. Off white halo of open bubbles. Lasts and laces admirably. Nose has notes of dried fruit. Lots of plum and date. Soft, sweet balsamic. Big hit of vinous, juicy oak. Thereโs fresh hop, too. Peach and apricot up front. Bit of brett just adds another dimension. Smells fantastic. Taste is super tart, juicy and vinous, with only a hint of acidity. Medium body. Fine, bright carbonation. Lingering juicy tartness to finish. So well put together.
