BIAB sample courtesy of Grumbo from Peterborough beer festival 2019, cheers Graham! Golden colour, no lasting head and aroma of tart apple, woody oak barrel, whisky hint. Taste is solventy, whisky barrel, woody oaky, apple, some vanilla, booze, acidic. Medium bodied, low carbonation, semi-dry boozy finish. Quite drinkable.

23/8/2019. From bag in a box at the 42nd Peterborough Beer & Cider Festival. Pours almost clear pale amber with minimal head. Aroma of Dabinett apples, cardboard, whiskey and wood. Moderate sweetness, moderate tartness. Moderate body, watery oily texture, soft to flat carbonation. Light spiced woody finish. Quite decent.
