Cask at South Causey Inn. Golden colour, white foam head and aroma of malt, grainy, yeasty. Taste is pale malt, biscuity, straw, hay, tangy citric with earthy bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry tangy bitter finish. Quite OK
