Crafted carefully over time we wash, press and process the apples. We use champagne yeast to ferment the freshly squeezed juice and then store the liquid in stainless steel pods and leave to rest and ferment till the optimum flavour is reached. Never rushed, perfect every time.
Pure Apple is light and refreshing created with a blend of Katy and Red Windsor apples to provide a crisp, balanced finish. The perfect blend of sweet and dry.

26/8/2019. Sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours almost colourless with just a very pale yellow tint. Aroma of sweet ripe apples, caramel, light wood, citrus and vanilla. Medium plus sweetness and minimal tartness. Moderate body, sticky texture, average carbonation. Sweet finish. Fair.

500ml bottle from Lost Orchards Cider Mill, Muirhead, Dundee. Sparkling, very pale yellow gold colour, fizzy white foam head that rapidly dissipates away and aroma of fruity red apple with hint of sulphur. Taste is sweet, crisp, fruity, fleshy apple, juicy, with some citric acidity. Slightly syrupy mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi-dry fruity acidic finish. Quite drinkable.
